These Terms govern your use of Wallmix, provided by Tim Smailov. By downloading or using Wallmix, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Wallmix only in compliance with applicable law. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse downloads, scrape the catalog, distribute malware, or use Wallmix to infringe another person’s rights.

Wallpapers and license

Wallmix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use downloaded wallpapers on devices you own or control. Unless a specific item expressly states otherwise, downloading content does not transfer copyright or grant a commercial-use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or merchandising right.

Wallmix PRO subscriptions

Wallmix may offer auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Features, catalog availability, and subscription offers may change, while access already purchased will be honored as required by law and Apple’s rules.

Advertising

The free version may offer rewarded advertisements. Completing an eligible rewarded ad may unlock the stated action or content, subject to availability and technical limitations.

Intellectual property and reports

Wallmix, its design, software, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders. If you believe content infringes your rights, follow our Complaints Guide.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wallmix. We do not guarantee that every wallpaper or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallmix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, infringement, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, licenses, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where appropriate.

Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard licensed-application terms where they apply.
