Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tim Smailov (“Wallmix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Wallmix iOS application and the wallmix.app website.

Information handled by Wallmix

App activity

Wallmix may record interactions with wallpaper content, such as viewing or saving an item, to operate the catalog, understand content performance, prevent abuse, and improve the service. These events may include a wallpaper identifier, event type, timestamp, and technical request information such as an IP address processed by our infrastructure provider.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive transaction and entitlement information needed to determine whether Wallmix PRO is active. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Advertising

The free version may display rewarded advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google’s configuration, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and—only where permitted—personalization.

Photos and device storage

Wallmix requests access to add wallpapers to your Photos library. If you explicitly select media for an authorized publishing workflow, the selected media is processed for that action. Favorites, save history, theme and language preferences, and cached images are stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to provide.

Service providers

We use Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, Google for advertising, Supabase for cloud database, authentication, storage, and catalog services, and Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and content delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide requested features, verify purchases, maintain security, respond to support and legal requests, comply with law, and improve Wallmix. Where applicable, processing is based on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent. You may withdraw advertising consent through the privacy controls presented in the app when available.

Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear it, or uninstall the app. Server-side interaction and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can control Photos access in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions through Apple, and reset or limit advertising permissions through iOS and in-app privacy controls. To submit a privacy request, email contact@wallmix.app. We may need to verify your request.

Children

Wallmix is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

International processing and security

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as Wallmix or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
