Wallmix Support

We can help with downloads, subscriptions, purchases, privacy requests, and content reports.

Subscriptions

Open Wallmix → Settings → Manage Subscription to view, change, or cancel an active plan. Use Restore Purchases if an existing Wallmix PRO subscription is not recognized. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple.

Saving wallpapers

Allow Wallmix to add items to Photos when prompted. After saving, open iOS Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper. iOS does not allow third-party apps to apply wallpaper automatically.

When contacting us

Include your device model, iOS version, Wallmix version, a brief description of the issue, and a screenshot if useful. Do not send payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
